10 sets = 10 red, 10 black, 20 wire connectors

Q: What size are the roll pins that fit? Are there different sizes pin for different size housing?

The 15/30/45 Amp terminals use the same housings. The roll pins are designed for those housings. There are 50 Amp and higher connectors but they do not use roll pins.

Q: Does the 30 amp on these connectors mean you need a 30 amp power supply? Or what does

It means that it can handle up to 30 amps. Anything lower than that is fine. The 30 amp connectors fit 16 gauge wire and the 15 amp connectors fit 20 gauge wire. There is some flexibility in those sizes. Remember that these connectors require a special crimping tool.
