This seed germinated relatively quickly in only lightly tilled soil. Southern lawns are tough and this seed did quite well to fill in bear areas. Love the color green that lasts all winter long.

What I loved about this grass is how dark green it is it is fine grass blades super soft and grows amazing so far I had it in my yard for less than a year but the performance of it is excellent. I ordered this extra bag to fill in some patches when spring comes

These are great grass seeds. As soon as I spread them on balding lawn areas & watered well, these seeds started to turned into grass. My friend turned me on to these seeds. They are from an Oregon nursery which is known for great products.

This seed had a very low germination rate in ideal conditions. After watering 7+ days and seeing no growth, I put down some perennial rye grass from last season (2023). Last year's seed grew in the same conditions this seed failed in. Save your money, don't buy this junk.

I couldn't find my regular brand of perennial ryegrass for fill ins during the summer. I have dogs, ergo I have yellow spots and occasional skid marks than need filling in. This is working well, grows to fill in about 2 weeks. Good enough
