Works beautifully
Just took it on planes and cruise to Alaska. Stayed beautiful and rolled well. Zippers worked smoothly. Handles were comfortable.

This is a great suitcase, I used to fly to Montana and back had 3 exchanges to make there an back . There was no damage to suitcase at all . I would recommend this suitcase to anyone looking for a great product at a low cost and it looks great also . THANK U

Attractive luggage.
I trust the quality of American tourister luggage. The handle retracts without difficulty. The Spinners work well. I prefer other types of outside front pockets over the style this suitcase has. I find these exterior Pockets really don't hold much. The interior has one half mesh pocket on the top and on the lower side it has two pockets instead of one large pocket for the shoes. My preference would be to have one full size mesh pocket instead as I find it really can contain more items. In addition there are no interior Side Pockets.

Luggage arrived on time in box with no damage or sign of rough delivery. Took it out of the box and it had a couple of big dents in it and the material on outside of luggage was not in factory new condition. I pushed the dents out best that I could and it looks okay. I'm guessing that is how it came from the factory though because the box had no damage. I am going to keep it because I need it for a trip in less than a few days. Not sure how well it will hold up but I didn't expect much at this price point. It is a nice looking piece of luggage.

Beautiful piece of luggage
Unfortunately it had a piece of metal protruding through the back. I am going to reorder and hopefully it will be a different batch. The luggage is beautiful. I’m only giving g it 4 stars because of quality control but I’m sure it was an error and just a fluke. I’d love to get a replacement. The carry on was in perfect shape held up well. The wheels could have been made studier. Update;8-3-23 I am having a horrible time returning this item. Ups never came for a pick up. Nobody is helping at all. Getting the runaround.
