I've taken many other Omega 3's but these provide the best intangible benefits. When I miss a dose, I feel fatigued and my brain is foggy. Moreover, it's harder to focus and my appetite increases. I've been consuming these Omega 3s regularly for three years. Before, I struggled with depression and chronic fatigue, but these Omega 3s provide the benefits and boost I need to feel better. No gross taste if you burp, but if you can't swallow easily, then stick with Ocean's Mom. Love this company and thankful to my prenatal nurse mom and friends for making me aware of them!
