Q: Do these glasses come with spring hinges ?

Dont know what that's suppose to mean, I'm not a pro in that field. But I can say that they are very nice glasses.

Q: Are these frames non prescription ?

This frame comes with non-prescription demo lenses that have the Versace logo etched into it, you can have your local optician fill it with your RX

Q: Would this glasses go on round faces ?

Yes. They are my favorite pair of glasses ever! They look great on a round face. My daughter (16) tries to steals them on occasion and they are perfect for her round face. I have a heart shaped face but I think that they would be lovely on anyone!
