I don't know why it's so hard to find black lentils anymore, but these are good. Package is substantial to continue storing the unused portion.

The best lentils ever!
These are simple to cook and taste delicious. The best lentis eve; soft, chewey texture and rich earth flavor. Perfict to pair with rice or quinoa or your favorite grain, nuts and miso. Makes lovely curry and perfect for soup.

Tastes great good texture
Be sure to read the directions. If you are going to add anything to the lentils, cook it separately. Anything you cook with it turns black. Next time I will cook the lentils and then rinse and drain them before adding them to anything. I did like the flavor and texture of the lentils.

Very good lentils, taste fine with just a little salt. 😋 have never tried black lentils. Will buy again.
