The item was delivered intact without any damage or missing parts. Simple assembling procedure and all you need is a "Plus" screw driver. Quite sturdy for children's toys and items. Nice way of organizing the kid stuff!

Easy to put together. Boxes a little less sturdy than I hoped but hold a good quantity of toys and have stood up to use by an enthusiastic child!

If I can give it zero stars I would. When I get this product, I thought it would be amazing since it's pink and my daughter's favorite color. When I received the product I took out everything! Then started figure out the pieces and if I had a everything. Well I was missing two pieces the legs that hold up everything. I thought I forgot something to I ripped the box open, looked through every tub. I couldn't find it. I called Amazon they told me to reach out to the company;Delta . I did, and they had NO EXTRA PARTS! They said get in contact with Amazon to replace it. Well between calling back and forth between Amazon and Delta it had passed almost 3 weeks since the purchase. Delta had absolutely no sympathy but Amazon did! They worked out everything with me, and I completely appreciate all the support and patience the team had with his awful product!

I got this because it said it was 31.5” wide but that is totally wrong. It’s closer to 34” (33 and about 5/8 to be more exact) thankfully it still fit where I wanted it to go. The packaging arrived unbroken and not chipped. I saw some other reviews where others weren’t so lucky. Really easy to put together. You don’t have to be strong and you can even do it as one person. I got this because I used to have my daughter’s toys in a toy box but everything would be piled on top of another so things at the bottom she wasn’t playing with. Her larger size toys don’t fit in this obviously so I had to find somewhere else to put them but you can stuff a lot of little and medium size stuff. I’ll see how this works over time cause I just got it.

This would have worked great for my daughter. I put it together by myself relatively easily. Once set up it was obvious the bins would be trouble. I thought maybe with toys to add some weight they would stay in place. Nope. The bins do not stay on the bars as they should. It’s too much trouble to disassemble and ship back otherwise this would be returned.
