The scale of the map makes it pointless for most activities. Really not much help in Snowdonia. A back up road map, perhaps!

Literally pocket size but not really helpful for walking paths. Concentrates on roads and places to visit. Disappointing.

Snowdonia National Park, in your pocket...
As advertised, this is a pocket-sized map of the Snowdonia National Park in Wales. It unfolds into a map good enough for exploring this ruggedly beautiful area. The detail is sufficient for finding your way around the road network in northwest Wales, and for locating the principal sights, including several castles. This two-sided map includes a handy index of these attractions. Cross-country navigation on foot or by bike would likely require a more detailed map, such as the Ordinance Survey series. Recommended.
