I love these, and I’m a 32-year-old woman. They are the best for managing periods; I love how the purple one fits during my workdays and how the blue ones fit for my gym sessions. They fit perfectly and are gentle on the skin around my private area, and since I started using them, I haven’t experienced any spots during my period anymore. Previously, my go-to product was Bodyform, which I preferred more than Always.
