The case is beautiful! I really love it! Unfortunately the cut for the charger is slightly off and when I'm charging I can't use the phone. It doesn't allow the cable to completely inserted in the port. The minimal move and the charging cable comes off.

The case fits snuggly and the clear hard back is not only protective, but it also highlights the Aura Glow model very well. All the cutouts are precise. There is no cuttout for the sim slot, but once its in and all set up why would you need to open it again anyways?

Update:The case has been replaced with a crystal clear one and am very happy! Great customer serviceThe only reason this is getting a 5/5 is because the customer service is exceptional. I had ordered what I thought to be a clear case with colored bumpers and received a colored case. I contacted the seller and they offered to exchange the case for me. They got back to me within a day.The actual case is a very snug fit and is super nice for my note 10+
