Siberian Eleuthero Root, 120 Vegetarian Capsules

This product, Paradise Herbs Eleuthero Siberian 50:1, does great for me. I've used a few different brands of Eleuthero over the years. Besides this one, only one other brand did well for me, the rest did not. The brands that scored poorly with me had absolutely no effect on me whatsoever, almost as if the capsule was empty. [Of course, they weren't empty, but you get the idea.] Another brand [Let's call it "BrandX"] that does do well for me has soy in it. Since BrandX does not make the distinction if the product if GMO-free, I have to assume that the soy in that BrandX is genetically modified. So...that's why I quit using it.What I like about THIS brand, the Paradise Herbs brand, is that I can take a smaller dosage and still feel a difference as compared with BrandX. On some days, I do take a comparable dose b/c I'll be outside exercising in my sport for several hours. It makes a difference on how I feel and my endurance.If you are wondering, I have NO jitters at all from this. You shouldn't ever feel jitters from Eleuthero. Other forms of "ginsing" will give me jitters, and I avoid them like the plague. Just too sensitive.In fact, I have no side effects at all from this product...unless I take it too late in the day. For me, I have to take it in the early morning. If I wait and take it in the late morning (or later), I will have a hard time getting to sleep that night. Keep in mind, I'm very sensitive to caffeine or anything that remotely resembles an energy booster. A regular cup of coffee will make me very sick, and a decaf cup of coffee taken after 11am will make it hard for me to get to sleep that night. Yes...that sensitive. So to find something that doesn't give me negative side effects if I take it properly is always a plus.How do I take it? I keep my bottle by my bedside. As soon as I get up in the morning, I take 1-2 pills (depending on my activity that day) and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. That's not on the label and not everyone needs to do this. This is just what works for me. I like to have it in my system before food slows down absorption.Your mileage may vary.Btw - no one paid me or offered me anything free to leave this review. I'm leaving it simply b/c I like this product. End of story.

Takes care of most of my adaptogen needs (energy, stamina, immune) with no noticable side-effects and may even help with anxiety. Does not seem to affect sleep like some others.

Paradise Herbs is the only Siberian Ginseng I will buy. I immediately notice a boost in my energy, with the other brands I tried there was no difference. I take one capsule everyday.

Have tried various forma of eleuthero and found this a very effective brand. It has improved my vitality & mood. It also improves cellular functions on some level because my hair is healthier and my nails are no longer peeling. #recommend

Changed my mood and overall feeling for worse. Looks like worsened my low thyroid instead of helping it. Will be returning.
