Cannot “swipe up” on home button with iphone xs max. I feel if they made a new model with a cut out notch you would still be able to navigate the OS while standing in portrait mode.With that said, this is a great phone stand and if it works with your phone i highly recommend it. I purchased this after seeing a relative use theirs and was impressed with the quality.I hope a nee version can be manufactured. 4 stars, even with the annoyance of needing to remove my phone every time i need to go to the home screen.

This is a useful little phone stand. I like that it has two different angles for your phone. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that for one of the cutouts, I have to work my phone around until I can get it in there. I have a very thin case on my phone, and unfortunately, that prevents me from just setting it in the stand. My other small complaint about the stand is that when the phone is in portrait mode, I can't swipe up to exit an app. I can swipe up to unlock it, but to exit an application, I have to take it out of the stand. Otherwise, I'm excited about the stand and I love using it!

This thing works perfectly. Bought it specifically to set my phone or tablet on when I'm cooking so I can read my recipes. Works Perfect! Love the size! Easy to clean, just toss it in the sink with the dirty dishes.(I remove my electronic device first) 😁

I tried to use it with my Pixel 3 that I use with a protective cover. I had to push it in hard to fit. The other side would not hold it. Next I tried using it with my Samsung tab A that has a nice soft rubber protective cover. Not even close to holding it.will return.

I have bee having a horrible time getting my weather pad to stay upright and movable so I can read it across the room at the right angle. Loved it for my cell phone but thought this item might just what I need to get the proper angle for my weather station. Works like a charm and is good and sturdy so the station stays put. Now need another one for my cell phone!
