Good product
Great for the kids. Smooth all round with no cracks or splinters. Thinner than I expected. My thumb is much wider than the thickness of the product. Still benefits the kids practice.

If you are into martial arts exercise tools you may want to check out these wood rings.
I have been using both the bamboo and metal martial art training rings for many years in my Chair/Seated Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga Stretching classes. Since my class has grown I needed to purchase more of these martial art rings. I recently sent for three (Hyfan training ring for Wing Chun, Kung-Fu, sticky hand, strength exercise rattan for tai chi) of the martial art exercise rings from Amazon and I was very happy with how quickly I received this product in the mail.Even though I think they are a little expensive (almost $15.00 each for the rattan models); nevertheless, I am pleased with their durability while using them for my class. If you are into using these martial art rings in your classes you may want to check out this brand.Rating: 5 stars.
