This cover is classy and very functional. When camping I have had condensation on the refrigerator. This will keep that from happening and will protect the unit. Price but well worth it

Between the lid of the iceco and the outside of this cover, I measured a 4-5 degrees F temperature difference. That's not huge, and I wish it was bigger, but it does save energy for a one time cost. During our next power failure, it could well mean the difference between losing the food in there or not as our backup batteries for it will last longer. In the meantime, we save our electric bill.As it does keep the iceco from having to run quite so much, it does reduce the total overall noise, but doesn't seem to do any noise reduction when the iceco is running.If I have one complaint, it's the zipper portion is plastic. I've had lots of plastic zippers break, but I can't recall the last time that happened with a metal zipper. I suspect if you keep zipping and unzipping, you won't be able to zip it soon enough. Leaving it unzipped reduces, slightly, the insulative qualities.

I purchased the fridge and took it camping a few times when it was still hot out and I was draining my power station battery within a 24 hour period. I finally purchased the cover and it made a remarkable difference in efficiency, plus a little piece of mind if it starts raining while I’m driving since it’s in the back of my truck bed. I didn’t think it was necessary or would justify the price, but it made a difference.

This is great for car use. Without it, items near the top of the fridge would not stay frozen. Now I have no issues. Compressor seems to run less, which is a plus also. Fits great. Would recommend.

Ok, so I expected just a custom sized cover to fit over this cooler. Instead what I received was much more than I ever expected. This is an insulating cover that completely wraps around the cooler. You actually place the cooler inside the cover and it wraps around it on all sides. Yes, even the bottom! Seems to be very high quality and will serve its purpose for years to come! Yes, it has mesh where the Lou era on the cooler are so it is designed to allow the cooler to run without removal of the cover. Top notch design!

To open the cover, you have to undo the velcro up front, then unzip both zippers all the way back, which are tight around the top front corners. Afterwards, assembly is the reverse of disassembly....too much work if you are going in and out a lot. Just leave the zippers undone during the day and just close the cover via the velcro up front. At night, you can zip it up all the way if you want.

I have noticed the fridge not kick on as often after cover was installed ...A huge plus while running on a battery station

Used for overnight trips on an offshore boat, great for keeping ice and frozen food for multiple day trip. Haven't checked battery longevity yet and thermostat is off as it freezes at around 27 degrees F but just knowing that makes it no big deal. Would buy again
