I have two worn discs and previously had back surgery and this stuff helps more than any other cold therapy that I have tried when I have a flare up. The other day after mountain bike riding I gave some to a buddy who’s been having neck nerve pain and he said it was first good night sleep in a month.

We have been using brick for a few years now and have found it to be very effective. My husband likes the spray, I prefer the cream. The only drawback for me with the spray is the scent, it's very strong.

I bought this after seeing an ad on tv about its amazing pain relief properties. It is rather expensive, but I have spent so much on pain relieving creams, ointments, and patches to ease neuropathy from degenerative disc disease in my neck, that I was willing to try anything that would give me enough relief so I could sleep at night.I like that this is a spray which makes it easy to apply, and it does lessen the pain when applied liberally. But it doesn't really work any better than other products, even though it is advertised as "cryotherapy", which I thought was something unique. It is really just a menthol product that sprays on with a cold sensation, and the other ingredients are flowers. As I said, it helps, but there are many menthol-based products available at a much reduced price that work as well.

This is the only product that works my back pain. Just spray it on and the pain is relieved pretty quickly. It even sprays upside down which is helpful when nobody is around to help me. I tried it out on hand pain and it worked great there too. The only thing I wish is that the smell wasn’t so mentally, but I guess that’s the ingredient that works best. I highly recommend this spray. (It’s also in a roll on and patch which are equally as good).

Wow. Ive tried every freeze spray out there and this is by far the best ive tried. Very fast acting and gives good nerve pain relief in seconds. You need to wear a mask when spraying it and use a well ventilated area so you dont breathe it in. Very effective. Use it on my broken spine and damaged neck.

If a need a good spray on pain relief try this one. It works wonders. It works for most aches & pains!
