24" doll would definitely go above the top and the feet would hang off, a 20" doll fits nicely

Can this car seat go in a car ?

It doesn’t have a base like a real car seat but it can go in the car. It’s small and I believe it’s meant for the child to just place it next to them on their ride. My daughter likes to leave it next to her when she’s sitting in the car and role play Mommy.
