Scam!
Not only I think it is a fake, all of the bottles where open as in the pictures and it seemed not as full as it should be, or a different product added. Don’t waste your money it is a scam

Excellent set! Communicated with GK Hair to check authenticity
This set is fantastic. I love the shampoo/conditioner for starters. I have very dry (damaged, abused hair from highlighting, coloring, blow-drying, ironing, etc.) hair and am always the hunt for superior products that will make my hair appear and feel healthier than it truly is (I've got to stop abusing my hair, but I'm addicted to my flat iron). Anyway, The shampoo and conditioner are wonderful. I could tell immediately when I rinsed out the shampoo that these two items were going to be winners because they felt gentle and when rinsed out, my hair felt soft and detangled already. Once the conditioner was added, it was a bonus. The fragrance is there, but it isn't overpowering at all. In fact, if you're sensitive to fragrance, you might be okay with this. The fragrance is hard to explain - maybe a like a fresh baby-powdery aroma? The leave-in smoothing/styling cream is amazing. I do tend to rotate my shampoo/conditioners and just discovered another luxury brand that will be in my rotation (but used sparingly due to the cost). This cream just fantastic and does exactly what I wanted it to do with the type of hair I have (i.e., frizzy from damage). It makes my hair look soft, it makes it feel soft but it doesn't weigh it down. I've used a lot of products that are similar (e.g., Moroccan Oil Hydrating Styling Cream which I love, Oribe Supershine Styling Cream [also love], IGK Good Behavior spray-in hydration[slightly different but similar effect], etc), and this is right up there at the top. I have to say that one thing I LOVE about the others is their fragrance - and this one has a very nice fragrance as well, but it is very light, so you don't get that same aromatic experience. Someone who needs less fragrance - this is for you. The performance is right there with the best. The fact that this is a set, is a total bonus. ~Amy*** Almost forgot something important: I saw the review left by another reviewer who received some questionable products. When I received my set, the lid had come off of the conditioner as well, so I contacted GK Hair through their official website. They confirmed that if your product is purchased through the GK Hair store on Amazon (GK HAIR), it is authentic. I told them about the problems that have occurred and they said their team will look into it.

Love the results, hate the price
I have to say that my hair feels as good as it ever has with this. The bottles aren't that big (compared to the mega bottles for the same price from Matrix, etc). The labels are not that easy to read in the shower without my glasses, but the shampoo has a colored top and the conditioner doesn't.I used a small amount of shampoo and expected to use a second squeeze. I was really surprised that I didn't need any more. I estimate that I used 1/3 to maybe 1/2 of what I would use of something like Nexxus. It lathered a LOT. I use sulfate-free shampoos and am used to little lather. This was a big change. The leave in conditioner probably didn't go all that evenly on my wet hair. It feels like a regular wash-in conditioner. After using all three products and blow drying, my hai feels very soft. It does feel a little coated, so I will alternate these with another set to avoid any issues. The price still seems extravagant. But it is much more reasonable when I realized how little I need to use.I am looking forward to using it before my next hair cut and seeing what my long-time stylist thinks of my hair's condition.

Pretty good
This shampoo and conditioner set isn’t too bad. It’s for all hair types, prevents hair thinning, has no parabens and is sulfate free. It has an alright smell to it. You get the shampoo, conditioner, and a leave-in cashmere smoothing and styling cream.I love the shampoo but the conditioner is another story. After I condition my hair, it’s so matted up that I can’t get the brush through without pulling and tangling. My hair is pretty much straight and down the middle of my back or so. The ends could definitely use a good trim so that adds to the tugging however, the conditioner doesn’t seem to do a terrific job but it’s still alright. All in all, this is a pretty good hair care set. It leaves your hair feeling clean but you may need an extra leave in conditioner (the smoothing and styling cream works well, after you get the brush through the tangles left by the conditioner).

Hydrating and pleasant-Healthy choice for hair-May not be as transformative as some premium sets
The GK Global Keratin Balancing Shampoo and Conditioner Set comes with a shampoo, conditioner, and leave-in serum. The shampoo and conditioner were hermetically sealed but the shampoo was noticeably partially open leaving some questions. The conditioner seal came off very easily. This set is currently listed in premium beauty. Compared to similar premium keratin hair care sets, I did not notice as much of an impact. They have been an uplifting and beneficial choice for my hair but at the current time do not appear transformative. I may not have known this set was premium had I not initially known. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling slightly coated and heavy. The conditioner is replenishing but does not silken my strands. The serum is heavy and feels nice in my hair. It does leave a coating on my hair. Initially, I like the set but would not likely reach for it for a premium hair care routine. I will update if needed with further time and use.
