Burt's BeesLip Balm Multipack, Lip Balm Value Set, Includes Beeswax with Peppermint & Vitamin E and Vanilla Bean, 2x4.25g

Llevo desde que era una adolescente utilizando productos para mantener mis labios en condiciones óptimas y he decir que estos bálsamos labiales son los que mejores resultados me han dado. No sólo es que me reparen los labios en un par de días, sino que además están formulados con ingredientes 100% naturales esquivando así el uso de productos químicos tan generalizado en este tipo de productos.De los dos que incluye el pack mi favorito es el de cera de abejas: me encanta esa sensación de frescor mentolado en los labios, me resulta casi adictivo. Me reparó los labios agrietados en sólo un par de días aplicándolo por las noches antes de irme a dormir. Incluso al día siguiente, continuaba notando los labios hidratados.El de vainilla tiene muy buen aroma y, aunque cumple su función también, me recuerda más a cualquier cacao normal. Eso sí, con la diferencia de que su composición es 100% natural. Yo que tengo necesidades especiales estoy usando el de cera de abejas y mi hija que sólo necesita hidratación o protección está utilizando el de vainilla que, por cierto, le encanta y le va genial. Por todo ello considero que la relación calidad-precio es bastante adecuada.En definitiva, los volveré a comprar sin duda sobre todo por el bálsamo labial de cera de abeja y siempre y cuando el precio no fluctúe en exceso. El precio del pack sale más a cuenta que comprarlos por separado. Producto, en mi opinión, muy recomendable.Espero haber ayudado.Un saludo a todos.

Actually the classic one deserves 5 stars - it's very moisturising and has that lovely minty scent. Unfortunately the vanilla one is based primarily on soybean oil, not beeswax, which means it's not nearly as moisturising. The vanilla one doesn't work for me at all. To my knowledge all Burt's Bees lip balms are based on soybean oil these days, except classic and the honey one, which are based on beeswax. In the future I'll stick to those two.

The vanilla bean flavour has peppermint in it which is nowhere in the Amazon product listing and isn't clear from the photo of the side of the stick here - the only place it's mentioned is in the subheading in the product photo. The problem is the peppermint feels like hydrochloric acid on my lips. I guess I must have some kind of sensitivity but if I had known there was peppermint in it I would never have ordered it.The plain beeswax one is fine.

Should have known if it seems too good to be true then it probably is! Buy Burts Bees from the health store, it's expensive but my lips get very dry during winter and it works brilliant. However, having tried 3 of the 4 in this set, they all dry my lips dreadfully and taste really funny. The peppermint stings my dry lips and the watermelon tastes lovely for about 10 seconds and then there is an awful popcorn taste. I don't believe for one second that these are Burts Bees at all, bin material, very disappointed 😕

Pretty hacked off as these are both peppermint. This is nowhere in the description, and I only noticed it today when I looked back on the Amazon site by blowing up the photo. Yet again, another Amazon blooper!!!
