I absolutely love this phone! It works perfectly with Verizon and nothing was broken or scratched except for a couple small places on the corners.

SECOND REVIEW. I purchased & received this refurbished Samsung Galaxy phone around September 15,2024, for something like $225.00. I noticed the phone had a few glitches after a month. I attributed it to my learning how the phone worked & learning the new apps. After a few more glitches & adjusting the settings for several weeks. I knew this phone was defective. I lost keep-sake pictures, apps,typing on a website page screen & losing the page & info,the keys to type would freeze up, the home screen would freeze up, the pages would disappear as I read an article, the websites would stall, backspacing key would not backspace, typing was hard because at times some of the keys wouldn't work, space bar froze up at times, two different Samsung techs remotely checked my phone to no avail and my content was not found. I tried to get a replacement but one of the Samsung techs said my warranty had expired. On Amazon.com the last return day was December 12, 2024. Yet, the Top Notch Tech company would not replace the defective cell phone. A 3 month old phone that stopped working properly! Now I'm in communication with Amazon about their A to Z policy. I'm in the process of appealing the denied decision for replacing my phone or my refund by the seller. This $225.00 refurbished cell phone was a piece of junk. The phone is 3 months old no where being a year old for the warranty to expire. The refund or replacement policy is NOT TRUE for all involved. I shouldn't have to pay for repairs. Very dissapointed in both companies, especially, the sellers. Honesty should be a policy. Don't make advertisements that are dishonest. For the stress this has caused me needing my vital life line phone for health reasons....a new phone should be given to me of my choice. ----------------------------- First review about this camera. I liked the larger screen but think I'll be returning the current model for a larger screen but the same model. I think the screen length is 6.9, for the largest screen which is best for my vision. The only things I didn't like for this refurbished cellphone was that no instructional manual booklet was enclosed. I Googled everything that I needed info or instructions on. The battery is good, the picture quality is good, & for an unlocked refurbished cellphone it was in great condition & easy to transfer over to my carrier. I give this phone an 9.0, because I had problems with transferring my apps to my newer phone. I had to download a wireless transfer app to get the job done.

I just got the phone today and so far it is working and as described aside from the excellent condition. There are a couple scratches on the bottom left corner of the phone.

The battery life drains way too fast for it to have been replaced, as I hardly use the fone for much besides texts or calls since I can still use my old fone for extra nonsense like games or social media. So I'm disappointed about that. Overall the physical appearance is better than I expected as the fone and stylus both in pristine condition. Did not come with original charger (white base black cord). Started to have an issue setting my Sim card up to the fone but maybe that's because I was using the metro app at first? I called and did it through the automated process and followed the prompts and it worked. Not sure if it's metro an their crap service or if it's the fone but it switches from 5g to LTE a lot. It's kind of crazy. Never had that issue with previous fone. Replaced previous fone with this as I've had that one for quite a few yrs. I just hope this one lasts just as long. Still bothered about the battery though. If I can edit this comment and add pics, I will later as they are on the other fone. I have a screen protector on right now, one of the self healing types and the fingerprint reader worked before I changed the setting so it could be more sensitive to read the print better, but now it works like it did while the screen was naked.

Screen blurrier than stock. It appears to be faking it's resolution with contrast and smoothing tricks. Corners of screen rounded off (missing pixels where it's supposed to go all the way to the edge). Screen doesn't fully seat into frame, leaving a gap. An abrasion across the screen, perfectly straight like a manufacturing defect. Digitizer doesn't accurately read touches. Adaptive brightness glitches in sunlight going to the lowest possible brightness, even after reset. S-pen not always recognized. It says it's missing when fully seated. Back panel poorly replaced leaving a gap all the way around. Camera quality is terrible. No joke, the phone tells me to clean my lens even when it's spotless. Wasn't unlocked as specified in the listing, so I had to find the carrier through an IMEI search, then go through AT&T's unlocking process to get them to unlock it. SIM tray doesn't fit correctly, and is a significantly different color than the frame, and a completly different texture. The edge of the screen sits well about the bezel. Different version of Android than the one listed. Different version of One UI than listed. Often not registering touches when you try to unlock it. You have to retry locking and unlocking two or three times.

It doesn't work and I ask for refund still not processed yet

El articulo llegó en buenas condiciones, caja genérica y cargador genérico, pero en general buen estado, nada de rayones en la pantalla o carcasa, el S-pen me parece que es igual generico pero funciona muy bien, el unico detalle es en la parte de dónde entra el cargador, se ve que era de los que estaban en exhibición y todo el tiempo conectados, pero en general un 9.

Ya se descompuso, la batería se le infló
