Worth A Try
Let me preface by saying that I will have received this item for free after my review, but my review is not influenced by this. This is now my second Comfytemp heating product. The knee heating pad does fill a niche...it feels comfortable surrounding the knee, easy on and off with initial slip on and then the addition of Velcro straps to secure it. The heat comes from the front part of the brace and when the brace is plugged in, it does heat up rapidly....the heat is just the right temperature. It gives just the right amount of heat and really does soothe the sore or arthritic knee. There are 2 “drawbacks” if you can call it that. One....it needs to be plugged in for heat and therefore you are not going anywhere when you use it. The second is I am not sure if you have a really large diameter knee that it will fit and the company should inform the purchaser the maximum size knee the brace will be able to be used comfortably. Beyond that, the brace is solid, well made, and I believe will serve well for those achy knees. Great value for what you get and I do recommend it

I recommend this !!!!
I love this product it works great!!! It’s very comfortable and light and you can control the temperature from high to low setting. The only thing is that I have a wide thigh and an extender would’ve been nice.

Stays in place
The fabric is soft and the velcro wrap works well. It heats quickly and stays in place. I use it for relief from arthritis pain in my knee. The cord is too short to use without an extension cord. Also it only heats on one side so I use a flat heating pad under my leg at the same time. I expected a wrap around heat so that my whole knee, front and back, would be heated. Still nice to have something that stays on my knee.

Stays where you need the heat
I bought this for my college daughter who has a bad knee. This wrap works better than a regular heating pad to deliver heat where she needs it. She can prop up her leg and study and it stays in place. (Full disclosure: I did get this when the seller offered to send me a free one if I reviewed it. I already have a regular heatiing pad from this seller which I liked, and that's why I was willing to try this one.)

Really helped my kneew
Injuried my hip to my knee needed something for heat on them. Saw this and thought I'd try it. So glad I did. The heat has helped my knee recover and my thigh. The large wrap is big enough that I can turn this around and use it on my thigh as well. The velco straps hold it on well. Has 3 settings and an auto off after 1.5 hours. Can't be the results and the price is great.

I was skeptical
I was skeptical about this product. I looked at many options for helping relieve osteoarthritis pain at night and this seemed to be exactly what I needed. The knee wrap fits very comfortably. It is easy to put on and take off. I am over 300 lbs and I put this on over a knee compression sleeve. It has no problem fitting my leg. The wrap is very soft and comfortable. The heat levels are great. The highest level is a bit too much for me (even with a compression brace/sleeve between it and my skin), so I use the medium setting and it is perfect. I also have a blanket over it, so that adds to the warmth. The cord has an acceptable length, although I do plug it into an extension cord because it won't reach the wall outlet, so just be aware that you may need to do the same. The cord plugs in to the unit securely and I have not had any problems with it unplugging even though I toss and turn throughout the night. The results have been WAY better than I expected. My knee doesn't hurt at all when I sleep with this product on at night. It even makes my knee feel better throughout the day (I only wear it at night).Great product idea and execution. This really fills a niche in the market that has been sorely needed (pun intended)

Great product!
This product is great because I use it for both my knee and calf muscles. It relieves arthritis pain as well as aches and pains incurred after standing for 10 hrs a day at work. I would have given 5 stars if I could use the product anywhere. It has to be plugged in to work opposed to having a rechargeable battery.

heating pad is fairly small
Ordered this at the same time I purchased a cheaper generic heating pad from the local small-town pharmacy. Was hoping the "ComfyTemp" would be better than the off-the-shelf pad.Pro:Lightweight, comfortableEasy to plug in/out while leaving attached to kneeCon:Actual heating portion is small, and only oriented in frontArticulation means discomfort if adjusting to heat sides of kneeShort cordThe generic heating pad I purchased is 12"x18", but fairly stiff plastic until it warms up: I have to bind it to my knee with a towel, and then remain immobile. That said, it does a good job or warming my entire knee, and has a 4' cord. The "ComfyTemp" heating wrap is easier to unplug and walk about, despite its shorter cord. However it feels like it only warms 1/3 of the knee at a time, and I still find myself having to bind it to my knee with a towel to apply heat to the sides of the knee...one side at a time.I don't think the ComfyTemp warms my knee as effectively as the generic off-the-shelf heating pad, although it's much more comfortable. This product appears well-made and is comfortable...I wish they made a full-wrap knee heating product! Until then, I'll mostly use the generic pad and the towel, I suspect....
