Don't want to buy then have to send it back.** A: It is fantastic for that. it can be used for anything with an hdmi input that can handle either 720 or 1080 input. It is switchable between the two. I bought it for using to input to my Vidiu to stream to YouTube Live. it is a brilliant device and pretty easy to manage once you practice with it a bit. **Q: I've lost the power cord to mine. Is it possible to buy just that?** A: You won't need to use the Roland power cord but you would need to find something that meets the specs of that cord. **Q: I have a pana agac-160a and an ipad. can i switch from a video image to pip of a document and record it with an external recorder ?** A: You could, but for the money I would get a "Sling Studio" and add the PIP in post production or with Livestreams broadcaster software to present to screen live.
