Q: how much weight can barbell holder hold? Our bars is 45 lbs each.

We have (2) 45's and a 35 hanging on ours. It can hold the weight easily, just make sure that you bolt into studs and NOT drywall alone. What I did was attach this unit on a board that would reach 16 on center studs (depending on your placement/region, you may have 24 on center studs), and bolted the unit to the board support, then attached the board to the wall. Hope that helps.

Q: What size drill bit do i need to make holes for those bolts that were provided?

There Are holes. The issue is the bar size don’t match the cutouts on the piece. My Olympic bars won’t fit in. Wasted my money here folks

Q: I do not recognize the type of screws included in this product and there is no instructions on how to install it. Can you provide some instruction?

I believe these screws wer to go into cement. We put ours on our covered patio and my husband put a 2x4 piece up and bolted it to the siding, then put the hanger on it. We did it right after getting it and it has been holding a 45#, 35# and 15# bar since, no problems. We did not use the ones that came with it.
