Works as I had hoped.

Nice band kit, comes with attachment so you can use it in a closed door. I attach it to my closet door and can work out my shoulder everyday. A must have for any baseball player, or anyone who throws or swims a lot. Great for keeping your arm balanced and healthy

They're so great that I bought a second set - one for home and the other in by baseball bag. The rubber bands and velcro wrists seem durable and as-new as when I first got them over a year ago. I bought this specific one as the product specifies the targeted audience/level/strength. Also, these were less expensive than the leading brands. The only downside I will give is that the velcro for the anchor, when used, you may start to hear the stress of the velcro about to undo. Not the most assuring thought. So try to anchor using the carabiner as much as possible, as you don't want to have the thought of the anchor velcro coming undone and flying straight back to your heard/face. I've used the velcro several times, and has yet to come undone on me, but try to avoid using when possible.

Great way to help your baseball player stretch his arm and get stronger. My son says his arm doesn't hurt if he uses the bands before a baseball game.

A great kit - a proven product for building strength/speed for softball and baseball hitting. Granddaughter was enthusiastic when I asked her about getting it to use with her workouts. She said her tesm used it to warm up before games. Easy to follow information provided. A good value for this type of product - confident it will be used.
