Are they compatible with IPhone?

Yes, I use mine with my iPhone, works perfect

Hi how many charges before they need replacing

As I’ve only just bought them I can’t answer this. However, they’ve been used daily for around half hour - 45 mins for over a week and only still don’t need charging. I’d imagine it will be a while before they need replacing completely.
