Did not include the card!
The flowers where beautiful, however they did not include a card that we requested. So the recipient didn't know who sent the flowers. We had to call them and make sure they received the flowers.

Would buy again
Flowers were as described. Some buds towards top of flower were dead but no stem was unusable or smelled rotten as others have mentioned. Would buy again, quick shipping arrived a day earlier than expected.

UPDATE - Third re-shipment is BEAUTIFUL!
These were described as 10 "FRESH BLUE" Sapphire Orchids from Kabloom! The flowers that were delivered where absolutely disgustingly rotted, smelly and the water vials nearly completely dry. This was going to be a gift for a friend .... thank heavens I didn't have them DELIVERED! The box was in good shape, but the second I opened it the scent hit me and I beheld nasty wilted and wet flowers. Unreal. If they can't package them to keep them cool, then why bother to sell them? I've requested a replacement and I'll see what the replacement flowers look like and update this review! Hoping Kabloom will come through because I've used them before in the middle of a sweltering summer and received lovely arrangements! I've lost confidence for now! Please KABLOOM, make me happy!UPDATE: Replacement arrived. It was worse than the first. They are sending yet ANOTHER replacement to me next week. We'll see if they get it right!NEW UPDATE! - The third shipment is absolutely lovely! The Customer Service Team at KaBloom is on top of the issues I had with the two dead deliveries, and absolutely followed through with this last shipment! The flowers were fresh and lovely, the vials nearly full of water, and there was a bonus stem (11 flowers not 10) of the most incredible shade of pink/magenta I've ever seen! KABLOOM, thank you for making this right! This is exactly the kind of service and quality I've enjoyed in the past! I hope it continues! Thank you Caitlin and the entire Customer Service team!!! Buds fell off unopened due to lack of water or perhaps exposure to cold weather
I sent these orchids as a prime member and they were supposed to be delivered in 2 days, on Friday, for my stepdaughter's birthday. However, they were not delivered until the following Monday. By that time the stems in bloom were badly needing water and they did perk up, but the buds that hadn't opened all just fell off. Stepdaughter said she liked them, they were 'funky', but it would have been nice for them not to have spent the entire weekend on the truck, in transit, because they must have frozen as they were traveling in PA and delivered in DC. I guess you get what you pay for!
