LICKIMAT Soother Tuff Dog Orange

When we first got this my dog absolutely loved it and we were really pleased with the purchase. The first couple of times he used it we had to guide him to just lick it rather than try to scrape it with his teeth and all was fine once he got the hang of it. He then became really subdued and his lip and gum swelled right up. We took him to the vet and a little nodule had got lodged in his gum causing him a lot of pain and a big vet bill.

I absolutely love this lickimat for my dog as he is a bit of a serial chewer.He has managed to chew bits off the normal lickimats but this is a lot more sturdy and durable, the material is tough. It’s much better quality.The only downside is that it takes a little while to clean as you can’t bend it in the same way as the normal lickimats. Best to put it in the sink with some hot water on top to let it soak into the corners. I then use an old toothbrush to get whatever is left out.Highly recommend this though. My dog always get so excited when he sees it coming.

Dont like this product cube design horrible to clean and because used for peanut butter chewed within a second I was observing the dog a lab puppy in a crate when the corner was chewed with a single bite so don't leave dog alone with this purchase.

I’ve got a large 8 month old cockapoo puppy who eats through lickimats in an hour. This one lasted one day, got delivered yesterday and already he’s chewing through it. It does say chew resistant which was the main reason I purchased, yes it is a little tougher than your standard lickimat but I expected it to last longer than a day unfortunately.

Bought the product to occasionally aid my 4 month old cockapoo puppy with her eating. While the product itself is great after the first couple of uses I noticed some of the nodules missing.After just the 4th time of using it I am having to throw it away as parts are now coming away in pieces and the dog is at risk of ingesting them. Outside the returns date but for this to have to be replaced so quickly and with such little use is not good
