.stickers stuck to paper...how do u put on skin...r they suppose to peel of or place them skin with water

Cut out the design you want. Remove the clear plastic sheet from top of tattoo. Place face down where you want it. Wet a paper towel (pretty wet) and place on tattoo. Let set for about 30 seconds, then remove the paper covering it. Tattoo will last about 5 to 7 days. It's easy to remove the tattoo with rubbing alcohol.
