WONDERFUL but Size Chart is useless
I wish I cold give ten stars! This is SO VERY helpful. I have damaged shoulders and rotator cuffs on both sides and they are constantly very painful doing anything or just doing nothing. This has helped tremendously. I have bought just about every device or harness or whatever that claimed to help, ad non really have. Seeing this, I expected it not to help either, but a chance at less pain is worth trying regardless of cost. I am sitting, typing, and moving my arms, "relatively" pain free (it supports not heals) for the first time in FORTY YEARS! I have not been able to get it fixed by surgery for other reasons, but this is providing the MOST PAIN REIEF I have enjoyed in that time that did not come from a bottle! Their size chart, is obviously for Asians given the sizes. The chart for instance says, XL - 16-17" Shoulder width, 11-12.6" Biceps girth, XXL - 17-18.5" Shoulder width, 12.6-14.2" Biceps girth. Even at 77 YO, my shoulders are 20" wide (NOT on their chart) and biceps about 14.5". I ordered the XL and it works wonderful, but is frankly too big. It fits well but a smaller size would give more stretchy support to the back of the shoulders. I plan on ordering the "L" and ignoring their numbers. Once I find a perfect fit, I hope they have plenty of stock because I am buying several just in case! Maybe they can do a chart based on US standards. IF you can figure a size (based on chart vs my sizes - I am 5'9" 180lb) you will love it!

Feels good for a little while. Not sure about daily
He hasn't made it through a day wearing it yet. On a normal overweight man it is held down in the front because it sits under the breast. Plenty of arm room while others are too small.

Loved the support, trick was getting it off.
Liked the support it provided so that was the most important thing. Putting the brace on was not an issue but getting it off you almost need a second person with is a minus for me.

Sizing is off, straps are very thin and cheap, doesn't provide stability/support
I have a single shoulder support from Zeegler that works fairly well to compare this to, I wish Zeegler made a double shoulder brace. The Kuangmi brace has a few flaws. Most notably the sizing is really all over the place. My measurements put me at a XXL, I'm 190, 5'9" and a life long weight lifter with big shoulders and a big chest. The shoulder size wasn't too far off although I would have preferred a little more tension across the back of the shoulders as the design of this brace encourages more front shoulder rounding off which is unhealthy. The biceps sizing is way off, I have 17" biceps as measured at the middle but the brace is much larger than that, although it does cinch tightly. The only problem is that the brace does not reach my biceps, only to where my deltoids end, which makes me wonder if the XXL maybe is too small at the shoulders. Because of this I don't feel the brace gets enough upward pull on the arm to stabilize the shoulder. Even if the brace reached my biceps I don't feel the cinching mechanism is sufficient to hold my bicep. The Zeegler has a buckle at the bicep so you can really cinch it down but still have comfort. While the brace itself seems well made and sturdy the straps are very thin and cheap. When pulled taut they are too thin and bunch up inside the buckle, you can't pull them very tight because they are so thin and they inspire very very little confidence in longevity. With better straps the brace might have functioned a bit better. Overall I found it provided little stabilization/support for the shoulder, certainly not anywhere near as much as the Zeegler which I find is just ok and not excellent. Further it encourages forward shoulder rounding which is unhealthy for the shoulders, neck, upper back, etc. I would suggest either more restrictive elastic at the back, or simply a strap between the rear left and right shoulders that could be tightened.

An ingenious dual shoulder strap - however, very difficult to put on and remove for seniors
To start right off, the straps you see on the ad photos are not the ones that come with this double shoulder brace - now this is important, so please read on (see comments below regarding the straps). Let's face it, as we age, some of us have issues with both shoulders (i.e. my right shoulder has the entire rotator cuff missing and the other shoulder has a slightly torn rotator cuff). So when we can find a good dual shoulder brace, it's definitely worth looking at. I found this Kuangmi Double Shoulder Support brace and immediately ordered it. It arrived the next day, which was a pleasant surprise to begin with. Now - once I managed to get it on properly (please read on here), the overall all (most important part) fit on the shoulders was ideal. However, I'm giving it only 3 stars (would have been 5 stars had it not been for the below listed caveats), because of the the following issues (all subjective, I know):. 1. Because it's a dual shoulder brace, it is basically a one piece design. And if you're an older person like myself (age 75 with bad arthritis also), getting this dual brace on will definitely require another person to help you through it - and if not to get it on, at least to remove it for sure. Because it's a tight fitting unit, you have to manage to get both arms through it simultaneously, and not one arm at a time - 'cause you just won't be able to contort or bend much to get it on. I figured out that if I just put it down on the bed and then simultaneously bend over backwards, inserting both arms through the device, I managed to get it on (but with some considerable effort). Now if you're a younger person, your flexibility will be much better, and thus the fit scenario may not be an issue at all. 2. In addition, the two very narrow straps that attach and cross on the front of your chest and your back, are too narrow and too thin of a material (not thick enough to provide any type of padding), and they have a rough/scratchy quality to them that can irritate the skin under the arms and around the chest if worn for any length of time. Appearance-wise, the buckles stick out in the rear, making it appear that you are wearing a large back brace of sorts, especially if you are wearing gym gear. Very unsightly. The ad photos show much larger (wider) and padded style straps - which is not what you get with this dual shoulder brace. So be aware here... 3. Removing the device is the most difficult part - at least for me it was. There is no just getting one arm off at a time (again, I imagine, if you're much younger that probably won't be an issue). Because of its tightness (at least for me), I needed my wife to help pull it off. I've tried to return it, but there is a "No-Return" policy for this particular item, so now I'm stuck with an item I cannot use. My suggestion here - stay away from this dual shoulder brace. As is the case with anything we review, it's all subjective and your mileage may vary (YMMV).
