I received my glasses and they had a hairline scratch on them... It didn't affect the use of the glasses but was disappointed with the price I had paid and my review reflected the disappointment .. After leaving the review and not thinking any more of it.. I received an email the other day from the supplier saying that they would like to offer a replacement or refund for the damaged glasses.. Two days later I have a new pair which are perfect..Fantastic customer service 5⭐ +

I loved the design of these glasses. They were well packaged and exactly what I wanted. However, after about two months... the arm snapped off. Not a screw lose, but plastic broke. It is such a shame because these are lovely glasses. I was going to buy another pair... but have seen similar reviews. I work from home, so I am not carrying them around. Just at my desk at home.... then they take a trip to bed for reading. Real shame.

These glasses are not oversized they are normal sized frames. Disappointed
