At first glance, the numerous buttons and wires might seem daunting, but in reality, it's quite user-friendly. My suggestion is to start by using 1-2 channels. Once you become more comfortable, you can utilize all four channels at once. This capability to relieve and train multiple muscle areas simultaneously is incredibly convenient. After workouts, I often experience soreness in multiple areas, and with this device, I can apply pads to both my knees and shoulders. The wire length is sufficient to place them anywhere on the body, as long as it's not prohibited. Remember not to place pads on the face or head. For beginners, I recommend turning on the device and pressing the MODE button until you see the "P" indicator. You can then choose from the preset programs P1 to P24, adjusting only the intensity. If you're already familiar with using such devices, the impressive aspect of this machine is that the pulse rate and width are adjustable, allowing for various modes and tests. I highly recommend purchasing this machine due to its powerful and convenient features. However, a drawback is that it is not rechargeable and requires four AA batteries. Fortunately, these batteries are included in the package, so there's no need to purchase them separately initially.

Provengo da un vecchio tesmed che dopo più di 20 anni mi ha abbandonato. Ho preso questo per via dei programmi TENS e, una volta provati, sono felice della scelta. Nella confezione c'è un dettagliato manuale multilingua (italiano compreso) che spiega bene il funzionamento, quali sono i programmi preimpostati e come creare dei programmi personalizzati. Per ora sono molto soddisfatto e non rimpiango il vecchio.

Highly versatile, works great. This device has more settings than I need (at the moment, anyway) and it has a higher maximum intensity than what i can tolerate (- a very rare thing, as I am usually disappointed by machines' upper limits) I'm VERY impressed. I have used for pain relief with good results, and for abdominal and pelvic floor strengthening with similar outcomes; there are some VERY pleasurable stim uses as well (ooh,ahh!) Money well spent.
