**Q: How to keep it fresh after I receive it? The wedding is 6 days later. Also does anyone know how many layers of fillo they use?**
A: It comes frozen so keep it frozen.  Then on the day of the occasion, just thaw and serve.  Sorry I don’t know the number of layers.

Something you should know about this Baklava. On the product page it says walnuts, but I believe the filling to be something different, like pine nuts... I was pretty red faced when this was brought up at my church's lunch by one of my fellow parishioners. I told her I bought it on the fly and I had no idea what the filling was until she had brought it up... I was in church so I couldn't lie...! But you should check when buying it..
