The media could not be loaded.  I frequently use frozen gel packs for migraine headaches. This gel pack has a durable & soft cloth-like casing which minimizes condensation. It is much more comfortable against the skin compared to gel packs which have a plastic casing - I do not have to wrap another towel around it to use it, I can place it directly on my skin. I also like the soft seam sewn around the edge for added comfort. It is also quieter.I have kept it stored in the freezer for several months and have used it over half a dozen times now and it has held up well. The size is perfect to rest on my neck and forehead. It holds the cold well. I suggest keeping another one in the freezer to rotate as it changes temperature.

I don't really have any complaints about this purchase! It's a nice, thick material that won't rupture or tear easily so you can lay on it WITHOUT worry. Soft material, rounded edges so no jabbing. Doesn't get stiff from freezing which makes it great for folding around the neck and shoulders. Overall a high quality product that is excellent for neck, lower back, and extremities!
