How tall are they with the dome lid?

The lid is about an inch high give and take.

Can just the dome lids be purchased?

Not that I am aware of. Unfortunately none of the dome lids fit on the glasses. I ordered the pack as I was starting houseplants cuttings in them. It was a big disappointment when the lids did not fit.
