LamySafari Fountain Pen Aquamarine Medium Nib

I love fountain pens in general but at least one Lamy Safari has always with me; I own 4 (for now). I can definitely see myself buying some of the new colors if they’re matte like this one. I prefer the matte finish over the shiny finish for more comfortable grip. The pen is very light in the hand and I prefer lighter pens in general for longer writing sessions. I use it with a z28 converter and bottled ink. Since this is a German pen, the medium nib is a size thicker than a Japanese medium nib. It’s not a flex nib but it isn’t as rigid as Faber-Castell or Monteverde. The nibs are fairly easy to switch if you buy the nib only. The pen color is beautiful. It’s durable as long as you remember to cap it. It’s smooth and doesn’t skip.
