I bought these as a cheaper alternative to Cortisol Manager which prescribed by my Dr. However, the ingredient list is slightly different, and this product was not as effective for me as the cortisol manager. Had to go back to the pricier, but more effective product.

I am purchasing my 3rd bottle, it works!! My naturopath doctor recommended “Cortisol Manager”, for help with my anxiety and day time fatigue, (I also have fibromyalgia). I found this product, almost the exact ingredients and much less expensive. This product is marketed for a sleep aid, but I will tell you that beyond resting well, it has also significantly reduced my anxiety and panic attacks, and during the day I’ve found that I have so much more energy! This has been a God-send!!!

Wow! I’ve had insomnia for YEARS from high stress and inability to shut my mind off. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING has worked. Not even months with treatment from a naturopathic doctor. This WORKS! I’ve had my first full nights of sleep in probably close to 10 years!! Win-win!Edited to add: As much as I loved this product, the ingredient list of MANY dangerous fillers is SO POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS, I stopped Using it. I cannot figure out why “natural” based Heath products add all this GARBAGE!! It’s so frustrating!

People are so funny... This is extremely similar to "Cortisol Manager" and it's $10 cheaper on Amazon... If you get Cortisol Manager from a Naturopath like I initially did it will cost you even more. The ingredients and the order that which they appear are identical. So why does Cortisol Manager get better reviews? It's a price / snob factor. Don't throw away your money- this is just as good. In fact my girlfriend got a $50 product from her practitioner and I said... Take this and trust me... She slept a bit better, a bit better and night 3 slept through the night. This is specifically for people who can't sheep through the night. And if you wake up 3-5 hours into sleep and are wide awake that's typically an indication of high cortisol or bad Cortisol timing - this product is perfect for that.

Since going through menopause, I have not been sleeping well. It turned worse to where I was waking up at 3am EVERY night and couldn't fall back asleep. Did a little research and came across this wonderful product. I kid you not, the FIRST night I popped one of these miracle pills, although I still woke up at 3, I fell back asleep!!!! Second night, same result. Third night I slept through the night. It feels so good to be rested! I did have a hard time waking up this morning (3rd night), so i need to determine if it's simply because my body is finally catching up on sleep or if I shouldn't take this product every night. Sometimes what works for one person doesn't work for another. Only time will tell, but currently I am very pleased 😊
