These headphones are good as per price. They have great sound quality, comfortable padding and a sleek design. Wire length is good but need to improve wire quality. Mic also working fine also has noise cancelation. It has volume and mic buttons which are very use full. Overall good product for this price.

After contacting the bigpassport customer care and I just wanted to share my experience. The product was delivered on 15th Oct and I found issues on the mike (it stopped working) after 25th Oct. Then I contacted customer care and thankfully then started responding. On 29th Oct somebody from the customer service team contacted me and asked me to try a couple of steps like uninstall/install the driver which I did but still I didn't see any improvement. She told me to use the recording of the audio where the mike was not responding and told me to send the audio recording and the invoice on whatsapp. I did it. Then they said for a replacement of the product and send me the address to courier the item. I did it by packing the product very carefully and sealing it properly and sending it to the mentioned address at my own cost.Then after a couple of days, I received a Whatsapp reply from them and which says the product is physically damaged so it can't be replaced and to my surprise, they show me a damaged product and claimed that is my product which I sent. They now demanding 500/ to replace that product. I was reluctant to pay more because the company is not trustable. The product quality was good when delivered but looks like it was intentional. Because the picture which they shared clearly visible that the cable was forcefully pulled out from the mike. There are two things - The customer care agent called me asked me what is the issue, then only I told her the mike problem and recorded mike voice during the call - Confirmed with the courier company that the product was not tampered with and delivered intact - From the picture, it looks like the product was pulled off forcibly Now I am not going to pay anymore and don't think they will send me any product but just wanted to share my experience so that when you buy this product just be extra careful. I lost my 1350/ ( 1250 product + 100 courier ).

I really liked the product. I am happy with the speaker and mic quality. It has amazing clarity. I will suggest this who are involved in customer care support work. This is the good option for them.

Guys, the product is mere Average they have used PCM2902 and that too it only supports Analog stero [ input and output] wont support Digital output [ S/PDIF, which will have more quality and noise less sound]and the microphone as some distortion/noise. And it can't be removed. And it is more on a linux system.overall it just okaish. I would suggest better go for some other good brands or we can go for 3.5mm jack [ ex: logitec] budget one and can use 3.5mm to usb converter which will b far good to have. And Sound Quality is also just okay. I would have kept it atleast if there is no noise distortion in microphone . Sadly that's not the case here, so kept for a return.

Worth it for money.its working fine

On recommendation from someone already using Bigpassport headphones, I specifically purchased this USB Headphone with Microphone. Sound quality is very good and better than all other headphones I have used. During my meetings using my old (3.5mm jack) headphones , my colleagues always used to complain of hissing sound captured by the microphone. Now with these, there is no sound. USB headphones provide better (digital) sound quality hat traditional 3.5mm jack headphones (analog). The set is very light weight, adequately cushioned earpiece, and has good headphone and mic adjustment. Not to forget the super-long cable. In addition, the inline controls let me easily adjust the volume, mute the speaker or mute the microphone. There are two LED indicators on the controls which is very cool. The packaging is excellent and the product comes with a comprehensive manual and a Warranty Card. I am writing this review after one week of usage and am very happy with this purchase.
