Very good product and was far cheaper than other which just look the same, simple and easy to use

Seller not responding and sauna faulty and unsafe
Within a year of purchasing the sauna has melted during use and felt extremely hot! Totally unsafe! Seller refuses to answer any of my messages asking for a refund and to report to the manufacturer as such a high safety risk. Totally disheartened!

Bad quality, no point buying
This Product is bad quality, it did not heat up and overall quality was poor. Contacted the seller to ask for a refund and they asked me open the unit where all the wires are and take a picture for them. So they could check. I did not feel comfortable doing this and refused. I had to pay for my our return even though I am a prime customer. Pointless purchase I recommend you pay more for something better quality and avoid this item.

Set to maximum of 80 degC after 20 minutes independently measures temperature inside was 38.Control panel is deceivingNot able to use alone as cannot be zipped up from insidePoorly insulated and zips cause significant heat loss
