Good appearance, and fits securely. Holds handlebars tight.
There aren't many choices when it comes to 1 inch threaded stems and quills. This BMX style set up fits my vintage ATB build. Functional and stylish.Thanks Black Ops...!

Legit BMX Quill Stem
I really was surprised at the quality of this forged aluminum BMX Stem. It surpassed my expectations and was a very reasonable price. I will probably go with this product for future builds.

Excellent and stable
No problems after two weeks. Installed on a beach cruiser. It replaced a 22.2 mm stem and feels very secure. It looks great. I was concerned about it fitting on regular handlebars at first, but it tightened down nicely. I greased all the fasteners to make installation (and future adjustments) smooth and easy. The stem works perfectly and has not needed to be retightened despite going through some warm days and freezing nights. The 6mm Allen bolts fit the key I use perfectly.I might wrap some tape around the stem to eliminate the gap between it and the headset nut. I ordered this slightly too small stem size by mistake, but have no disappointment or desire to return it. A small square of inner tube rubber was placed at the front of the stem to cushion it and spread out the pressure. It's a pleasure to ride with this product.
