The dispenser works well until you get toward the end of the roll. The spindle starts getting lodged in at sideways angles making it impossible to pull bags out. You have to either open the dispenser and reset the spool of diapers or work the spool through the closed dispenser. Either way, it requires two hands to get a bag out, which could be impossible if you have a wiggle worm on the changing table.

I ordered this for my 6th (yes 6th) child. This is stylish it looks great with my diaper bag unlike others and it's very convenient at home, on the go or when you are visiting family and freinds. it's a must have for me.

I love it! It's cute and very helpful when on the go or even at home to dispose of stinky diapers. The only thing I would change would be to make a flap to put over where the bags come out. Just because I've found it hard to find gray bags and it hides what it really is. ;-)

So far love the product and that I recieved and email asking to let them know if there were any issues. The only downside is that I cannot find matching disposable bags anywhere, which I was pretty disappointed about, but I do like the product.

Well-made and the strap makes it easy to attach to your diaper bag or stroller.

This would be a perfect product if aesthetics had been given the same consideration as engineering. It is an effective, efficient design and is a fine product (much better than the hard plastic cylinder I used for my own babies) but its look is so boring for an item I'm buying as part of a shower gift and it's easy to see why some reviewers recommend it instead for dog walkers. Grey with white dots is completely inoffensive but blah, especially since coordinating silver replacement bags aren't even available. Replacement bags seem to be available in green, purple and two shades of blue so a fabric design of multi-color pinstripes or dots including those shades would have been nicer. Best of all would be a whimsical monster design with the zipper for the mouth and eyes sewn on and the bag extruder as the tail or a frog design perhaps with bulbous eyes and the bag extruder for the mouth with the bags pulling out like a tongue (the zipper would have to be on the back) or the zipper for the mouth and the bag extruder on the back or on the bottom.
