Yummy Soy Sauce
The best soy sauce that is actually soy sauce. Very yummy! Great flavor, not too salty. I definitely recommend trying this if you havent.

Made in Japan. As good as it gets.
This is a high quality Japanese style soy sauce. Using the right soy sauce with sushi or sashimi is a must. I noticed that when I worked in Japan years ago. Using Kikomen soy sauce on Japanese food is like using Hunt's tomatoes for your pasta. It's just wrong and the taste will be off. The taste is different than the Chinese style soy sauce. You're going to enjoy your Japanese food a lot more with the right soy sauce. I've only used this brand for several decades. It's never let me down. Made in Japan.

I have bought this for years, but can’t find it at the store anymore. I bought it here. When I received it, it looked like other Tamari bottles exploded on mine. The label was a mess. But once opened, the taste was great, and as I expected.

It's a worthy upgrade!
SO worth it! If you're health aware/concerned etc. this is an easy choice/swap. Tamari is just soy sauce that is gluten free. Tamari is a Japanese sauce made from soy and rice. It’s actually a byproduct of miso paste — it’s the liquid that is squeezed out when miso is pressed. Making tamari involves a longer fermentation time than soy sauce which results in a sauce with a darker color and a less salty, more umami-forward flavor. It's a worthy upgrade!
