With how expensive prelief is now and hard to afford this is a much more better deal than the smaller bottle. Prelief has been a life saver for me. It helps with my ic symptoms and allows me to be able to eat more foods that I couldn't before do to symptoms.

Prelief has honestly been a life changer! For a long time, I thought I was suffering from recurring UTIs and was taking excessive amounts of cranberry supplements trying to prevent them. I eventually learned that I have interstitial cystitis, and the cranberry was actually making my bladder symptoms worse because of the acidity.Since discovering Prelief, I take it with foods and drinks that tend to trigger my bladder, and it has made such a difference in my comfort. I love that it reduces the acid in food rather than being another medication. I wish I had discovered this years ago. If you struggle with bladder sensitivity or certain acidic foods are a trigger for you, Prelief is definitely worth trying!

I can now eat spicy food and drink coffee And not have to worry about triggering my IC. Absolutely love it

This is a lifesaver for me for my IC*. I can actually drink a cup of coffee again once a day as long as I take two of these before drinking the coffee. Yes, I could (and do) just drink less acidic cold-brew coffee. But it’s just not the same as hot coffee from my beloved Nespresso machine. So I reach for the Prelief and limit myself to one cup of hot brewed coffee per day. And if I want an 2nd cup then I’ll have the cold brew. And most days I am fine. Some days I still pay. Who knows why. IC is very complicated.The Prelief are also of some limited benefit if I use them before drinking an alcoholic beverage. Alcohol is usually always a no-no for those of us with IC, but Prelief at least makes it a little better if I take it than if I don’t take it before imbibing. Let’s face it, it’s hard to be good all the time. So if I’m going to cheat I’m going to at least try and stack the odds in my favor as much as I can and that’s where this product comes in.I know this doesn’t work for everyone - but if you have IC then it’s at least worth trying it to see if it at least helps you to be able to have an occasional (or in my case even daily with my hot coffee) cheat treat.(FYI: *IC = Interstitial Cystitis of the Bladder: what is IC? Pain like a UTI: all day, everyday, some days better and some days worse; with no “cure”, some therapies, treatments and meds to reduce the pain and coping mechanisms to learn to live with it; or for men, liken it to a kidney stone that won’t ever go away. IC can often be misdiagnosed as a UTI early on (even for years) leading to overuse of antibiotics, and more complications. (This is not intended as medical advice - this is my own personal experience.)I love my Prelief and keep it on subscription so I can be sure that I’m never without it. I always keep some in my purse and in my kitchen as well. I highly recommend it and give it 5 Stars.

Interstitial cystitis is now used as an umbrella term. And has absorbed overactive bladder syndrome, painful bladder syndrome,and several other diseases. It can mean many different things from person to person. When i was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis, it was a rare disease only affecting women post pregnancy or childbirth and at least 35 years of age. I was none of those. I was 15 with no prior pregnancies or use of birth control. I had had chronic recurring utis for 10+ years, was no longer allowed to take antibiotics, and had been incontinent my whole life. I was in constant pain and always had blood in my urine. So i got the entire shirtstick. I have no bladder lining,constant ulcers and infections. I have a neurological disorder called fibromyaglia and early onset neuropathy and somewhere in the mix of that my nerves are kinda fried so i have constant muscle spasms, loss of muscle control, and all around weakening of the bladder muscle itself. My body cannot naturally regulate normal conditions nor sustain healthy bacteria and such. So for me, they go hand in hand. A flare up of my IC leads to and encourages a UTI because my urine is full of bad bacteria and my urine is so acidic it eats ulcers in the muscle which then get infected. I have been able to regulate with the use of prelief (i take 3 do uses a day with my regular medicine) Elmiron, and oxybutynin. I haven't had a flare up since i started taking them. My life has been changed dramatically. My only drawback is that taking it regularly has given me acid reflux and i can't drink water without getting heartburn anymore.

These work if you have cystitis . I take one or 2 before I drink anything with caffeine or carbonation in it. It coats the bladder preventing it from being irritated by substances that it is allergic to . I was told this by a nurse that I will forever be thankful to for telling me !

These pills have been a lifesaver to keep pain away from eating spicy foods!
