Q: I installed the toner cartridges in my cannon mf733cdw but i it will not check the status of the toner cartridges, is there a way to fix this?

I don't know that there is a way. I will tell you that the toner was nice at first but within 2 months it had somehow faded to the point I could not use and had to replace this. I would suggest returning this and selecting another company. The new one I purchased does check the status.
