In the spec it is mentioned that laptop is pre-installed with MS office. But the same is not there or not provided any key to activate it

1. The Disk Usage is always 100% on boot (takes around 15mins or more sometimes, if you restart)2. Takes ages to restart.3. Heats too much every now and then.4. Every restart a pain in the head.

It's very slow,not worth.go for some other brands.8gb ram must b fast but this is awful.dnt waste ur money.

Laptop adopter missing

The media could not be loaded.  This laptop is extremly slow, I have posted a video of how long it takes to restart will help you decide. I really was excited about it, but since the time I got the laptop, I am just behind fixing the issues and the best part is you can't even get a new one unless it's faulty. By faulty Amazon will consider only when there is a fault found while running tests, and this slowness will not pick up as a fault. Its extremely slow, not sure if the hardware is to be blamed or windows 10, but makes it difficult even to carry out basic tasks. Would recomend you to stay away from it

It's a very nice product.. delivery was prompt.. the laptop is quite sleek and good battery life..

It's too damn slow. It takes anywhere between 8 to 10 minutes to start. Even after startup this is too slow feels like working on some 8-10 years old laptop. Go for some other laptop and avoid dell indefinitely. Their customer support sucks and the warranty being offered is the basic one for any actual support you will have to shell out extra money. They're clearly stating as windows 10 is heavy that's why the laptop is behaving slowly which means that they're looting people by selling this crap of a peace in the first place.
