I'm in love with this little suitcase, it is the cutest thing ever!! I'm giving it 3 stars because the packaging was THE WORSE! As you can see the box is all messed up because it came in a bag. If I wanted to display in the box it came, I can't because it is all damage. You need to take care of that and provide a good packaging for future orders

My mom recently found out who BTS was and has been obsessed. I got this for her birthday and she almost cried. The box it came in was damaged to the point there was no use saving it which was odd because the amazon box seemed to be in perfect condition which was very disappointing but the actual product itself was still flawless. Great gift overall!!
