These are built very nicely and come with a very nice keyring as well as extra gaskets to make sure they stay sealed up against the elements. The threads on them are a little finicky though. Easy to get off, but you have to be careful when putting them back together. It is a huge plus that it is modular.

I have chronic migraines and always carry an “emergency pill pack” with me. I used to carry my pills in an old pill bottle which was bulky. This you can carry easily on your keychain in your pocket. You can also mix and match colors so you can organize your pill chambers. The chambers are large enough for me to keep an Ubrelvy in if you wonder about size. The chambers also have rubber o-rings so you don’t need to worry about ruining expensive pills with a small amount of spilled water.

Ok, smaller then it showed. For over all size, the pill compartments are smaller then expected. Ok over all.

Just carries everything I need in an emergency for medicine and they're sturdy and solid and I carry them in my pocket and they never open

I guess I didn't read the description closely enough but it's 3 small pill holders that screw together. You can fit 3 to 8 pills in each depending on the size. I have an antibiotic I take 2X a day and also like to carry Advil with me all the time because I have hip pain so this works great for me

Es muy práctico y funcional para llevar los medicamentos del día a día e incluso es discreto ya que nadie lo pasa por pastillero. En condiciones de humedad no he podido comprobar si funciona su sello hermético. Lo único que no me agradó es que la pintura ya empieza a caerse y no tengo mucho tiempo con ellos. Fuera de eso, son muy recomendables.
