You can feel it is good quality as it is heavy and solid. Very smooth operation. Installing was very easy, and I am far from an expert. The faucet swivels 360°, which is very convenient. The hose retracts very well but you have to give a little push at the end, as the head clicks in place. No idea how the pull down hose will hold with time as it is nylon. If I have problem down the line, I would update review. It fits in the space between kitchen cabinets, some models are taller and do not fit.
