It works!
Refluxology works! I am glad we gave it a try. No more discomfort after meals. We started with once day. Currently, we are taking it twice a day (lunch and dinner).I love that this a drug free solution for acid reflux and it only contains 3 ingredients. I didn't have to research weird ingredients that I don't understand. Just in case if you are not familiar, here are the three ingredients:1. Nattokinase: Powerful enzyme that modulates the amount of stomach acid your body creates.2. BC-30: A strain of probiotics that improves immune and digestive health.3. Digestive Enzymes: A complex that aids in the breakdown of each component of your meal.

Works for Heartburn
Bought this for heartburn and it works pretty well. The first time I used it it caused a noticable amount of stomach gas/activity. After the first time the stomach activity was much reduced. I have occasional heartburn and when taken early, this works.Note that this product is mainly enzymes and only has one 'probiotic'. Interestingly, if you look under Enzyme supplements on Amazon you find several for Heartburn/GERD. Somewhat simplified, enzymes are the non-living (non self reproducing) functional products of bacteria that do the work attributed to bacteria (and yeasts etc). I guess that means they don't adjust your stomach/gut long term bacteria balance like a probiotic might do - for better or worse.

Caused Insomnia
I hoped that the nattokinase in this supplement would help my esophagitis. Unfortunately, the very first time I took one, I did not sleep at all that night. I found a research study that confirmed nattokinase causing insomnia in a small percentage of people, Recorded cases were all women over 60 and that's me! On the positive side, I gave the bottle to my husband and he says it seems to be helping his GERD. It does not disturb his sleep at all.I have now started to take another Life Extension product called Esophageal Guardian. It's too early to tell, but I hope to have better results with that. At least it doesn't disturb my sleep.

Very effective
Having suffered from GERD / Reflux for 20Years plus I have tried most over the counter and prescribed antacid treatment. Refluxology genuinely works. On the days my Dexilant does not control my reflux, I take two tablets in the morning and find rapid relief. Subsequent dosage provides long term reflux prevention. It works for me and I’m very grateful!

Actually works
Of all the remedies out there, some of which have side effects worse than the problem (which is significant since GERD is a very bothersome condition), this is the first and only that has helped me. The improvement wasn't dramatic or instant, but I am clearly better after a month and still improving. Please continue to make and sell this!

Did Not Work - Made My Acid Reflux Worse
After reading so many positive reviews on Reflexology, I was optimistic that it would work for my acid reflux. I used the recommended dosage for 4 days, but the product did nothing for me except make the acid much worse.Being so excited about the reviews, I actually never did read the ingredients until afterwards. Wish I had, as they seem strange. The first, Nattokinase, is used primarily for heart and circulatory health, as well as blood pressure support. I found other possible conditions it might benefit, none of which were acid reflux. Reflexology also contains probiotics, which I already take for general health benefits. The third and final ingredient listed is digestive enzymes, which really should have listed the specific enzymes instead. In general, I would think that additional digestive enzymes would most benefit people with Colitis, Crohn’s, or Hypochlorhydria (too little stomach acid), but generally not for people with GERD or LPR.If you do try it, I would recommend starting slow, with just 1 serving per day rather than 4, and work your way up.I did contact the company and product support was very good.
