My HP Envy Photo 7858 rejected these because they were remanufactored. I had to follow directions of how to get them to work. Once I did all the things these people said to do, they were finally accepted by my HP.

Doesn’t work on my printer!
Product says it will work on my HP Envy print but DOES NOT!! Printer won’t accept it. Unfortunately for me I had ordered this ahead of time as I hate to not have a backup when I run out of ink so I am past the time I can return. Great bargain this turned out to be! Very unhappy with this project and company!

Printer rejects cartridge
Bought the combo pack - black and color 64XL for my HP Printer. The black cartridge worked just fine. Unfortunately, when I put the color cartridge in my printer, an error came up telling me that the cartridge is incompatible with my printer and useless. The package insert says to use the "contact seller" option within Amazon for assistance, but there is no "contact seller" option for me to reach them. So, my "good deal" on the combo pack became expensive because I cannot get customer assistance from InkSpirit.
