This is the one
Works just like it should. Took the thick black washer out and replaced it with the clear washer included. Screwed the blue sodastream cannister on and that was it. Easy way to get CO2 on my 2.5 gallon keg.

Good value but does need a tweak
As Christian noted, the black gasket that comes in the Tr21.4 input is too thick. He noted there was a thinner clear gasket you could swap out. Unfortunately, I didn't see that with my kit. Another reviewer mentioned sanding the washer/gasket. I tried that and it worked. In fact, it worked so well that I couldn't even tell the gas was flowing because there was no rush of gas at all on initial connection! Another issue noted by another reviewer is that the gauge on the dial makes it difficult to dial in perfect serving pressure - that will take practice. Overall good value for the price, but you have to be ok with those minor issues.

Works Perfectly
Great product! Works well with threaded sodastream 60L bottle. If you’re a home brewer, I highly recommend!

Leaks badly when attaching SodaStream co2. Better alternatives out there.
I can't give this more than 1 star. It's not fit for purpose.I've attached a photo of this unit (on the left) and an alternative model from Brewers Edge, on the right. You can see that the one on the left only comes with a thin plastic washer. This isn't sufficient to contain the co2 when attaching/during normal use. If you look at the SodaStream machines, they all have o-rings. The Brewers Edge model has this o-ring.The unit on the right works perfectly. Not even the slightest 'hiss' when I attach the co2.Other reviews corroborate this - you have been informed!

Fits sodastream tank.
Was looking for a way to serve kegs at a cookout without having to take a full size co2 tank and its bulky regulator. I’m also not a fan of using a handful of mini cartridges to serve a full 5 gallons. This gadget was easy to set up and my sodastream tank screwed in without any issue. Yes it sucks that the gauge goes up to 90psi and that makes it tricky to set low pressures accurately, but if all you’re looking for is enough gas to dispense finished liquids this gets the job done.

Works great
Had to change the black washer. Worked great after.

Swap out the washer
I'm getting into home brewing (I know, about 3 years past its peak) and I wanted an easy way to force carbonate my beer using soda stream bottles which are ubiquitous in our house. There are NO instructions and NO YT videos about this...When I initially connected the regulator to the soda stream bottle it didn't open the C02...but there's a second, thinner washer that came with it (clear), so I dug the black, thicker one out and replaced it with the clear one and voila, I was able to purge the oxygen from my keg using the soda stream tank...My brew will be ready in another week and I'll test it on a forced carb regimen...Fingers crossed.

Might need some slight modification
Did not find my newer SodaStream bottles out of the box, and caused a scary amount of CO2 to escape if used as-is. Build quality could also be better: The indicator sticker on the regulator knob came off on first use, and didn't really want to stick to the knob.Adding a second ~20mm x 2.5mm O-Ring on top of the existing silicone washer seems to stop all leaks while in use though (and results in minimal CO2 release when tightening).
