This book has been a lifesaver for me in my psychology masters program. I used it to help write reports for the MMPI-2, PAI, and MCMI tests I administered. The MMPI and PAI sections were fantastic. After I bought this book, I found out I could get it for free online, but I am so happy I actually bought it since I can see myself using it in the years to come. Be warned, it is LARGE and heavy but makes a great addition to a bookshelf ;)

Very useful, and for some reason it made me feel ...
I also own the 5th Ed., and can say that this is a must-have for its inclusion of the MMPI-2-RF, PAI, MCMI-IV, and NEO. Very useful, and for some reason it made me feel better that it is quite a bit thicker than the 5th Ed. I guess it's the fact that I'm a few months out of grad school and already buying the new editions of previously required texts. Being current was nice while it lasted...

Mostly a review of tests
I thought this would be a comprehensive book walking through the steps of assessments and diagnostic decisions. Instead, it was primarily focused on specific tests and their applications.

No page numbers!!
Just a heads up for those renting this as an etextbook for Kindle App. THERE ARE NO PAGE NUMBERS!!! It goes by percentage of book read so if your professor is good about assigning chapters to read you'll be fine. However, if your professor is like mine and assigns certain page numbers to read...... Well, good luck to you!!!

Book arrived in bad conditions
The book is a photocopy, unlikely to be original. It arrived in bad conditions, dirt on pages, pages were glued, some torn sheets... had to return it. Very disappointing.

An insightful and valuable resource into the clinical world.
I used this to lend greater insight to my current CBT studies. Although far more advanced from where I do find myself the content helps to broaden the students outlook into the clinical world.
